My name is Sergey. I am a private architect. Sixteen years for work experience that include extensive services provided for expats enable me to offer you services ranging from apartment renovations, to design and engineering, to comprehensive solution of all issues that accompany implementation of a building or renovation project.
I will assist you in negotiations with officials and contractors, and give you consultations on proper way of doing re-layout and alterations, getting approvals for electricity design, and engineering works.
I will prepare for you space planning and interior design and carry out management of works, project support, and supervision over workers and subcontractors. Among other things, I can provide assistance in facility outfitting and furnishing, selecting finish materials available on the Russian market.
